This recipe makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert. If you don't have any fresh berries, swap in sliced banana, chopped pineapple, diced kiwi, or any other fresh fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients

Frozen pancakes

4 item(s)

Chocolate peanut butter powder

1 Tbsp

Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup(s)

Blueberries

½ cup(s)

Strawberries

½ cup(s), sliced

Fiber One Oats & chocolate chewy bars

1 bar(s), or similar product, chopped

Instructions

  1. Warm the pancakes according to package directions. Mix the peanut butter with ¾ tbsp water until saucy. Fill each pancake with 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp fruit, ¼ of the chopped Fiber One bar, and drizzle with ¼ of the chocolate peanut butter sauce.
  2. Serving size: 1 "taco"
